This project is fully aligned with Solarpack’s Social Action Plan, which promotes sustainable development through clean energy, education and employment

Solarpack and Autism Seville have signed a Collaboration Agreement.

The aim of this new alliance, whose origin is the call that the company launched among its employees for social initiatives of their interest, is to support the Employment Platform of Autism Seville, through the development of integrated and personalised training itineraries. With this, the association, whose mission is to accompany people with autism and their families in their life project, wants to improve the labour insertion opportunities of the adults who are part of its Employment Platform.

Nowadays, the group of people with ASD is one of the most likely to be excluded from the labour market. According to European figures (Autism Europe, 2014), between 76% and 90% of adults with ASD are unemployed and do not develop any productive or labour activity and therefore their social inclusion is affected.

In this sense, employment is a priority line of action for the associative movement that is essential to favour the quality of life and independent living of people with ASD.

The team of professionals of Employment Platform of Autism Seville works in different lines that include Labour Guidance; Training for employment; labour practices and Employment with support.

For Autismo Sevilla, this alliance with Solarpack means a boost for this service of the association and for all the activities and initiatives it develops on a daily basis. On the other hand, for Solarpack, this project is totally aligned with its Social Action Plan, which promotes sustainable development through clean energy, education and employment, and is an opportunity to, hand in hand with Autismo Sevilla, make real its commitment with society through the improvement of the employability of people, especially those who need it most.
