Once reaching the goal of commissioning, Solarpack and Terraform Global Inc (NASDAQ: GLBL) closed on the 8th of April 2016 the sale from Solarpack’ s part to Terraform Global of 100% of the property of the solar plant Alto Cielo. The total price payed by the buyer ascends to approximately 35.4 million USD, generating an annual free cash flow of 3 million USD for its new owner. Solarpack will provide operation and maintenance services in the solar plant Alto Cielo.
