In a dynamic and entertaining way, these students learned about the operation of a solar photovoltaic plant and the benefits of renewable energies.
A group of 19 electrical and electronics students from the Sahithi Diploma and ITI college in Achampet, India, have visited Solarpack's solar photovoltaic plant in Achampet, in the Indian state of Telangana, where they were given a guided tour of the solar plant and were given detailed information on how it works, the construction and installation stages and some design aspects. They have also had the opportunity to see the best practices of operation and maintenance of a solar photovoltaic plant.
During the visit, led by Say Sayyad Mahamodh, Solarpack's Portfolio Manager and his team, the students were able to learn about the company's commitment to sustainable development and the benefits of renewable energies in general and solar photovoltaic energy in particular.
The students were enthusiastic throughout the tour and very satisfied with the information that they received.
Solarpack commissioned the Achampet solar photovoltaic plant in 2017 and has been generating 21,000 MWh of clean energy per year ever since.
